Mrs. Price's Whole Wheat Sandwich Bread

Ingredients:
6-6 1/2 cups whole wheat flour (I use white whole wheat)-divided
1 1/2 tbsp quick rise yeast
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup molasses
2 tsp salt
2 1/2 cups warm water

Directions:
1. Grease 2 9x5 loaf pans.
2. Combine 3 cups flour, yeast, and warm water in the bowl of a stand mixer.  Using the dough hook, mix until combined.  Let sit 15-20  minutes.
3. Add salt, oil, honey, and molasses to the yeast mixture and mix.
4. Add 3 cups flour and knead using the dough hook for 10-15 minutes.  The dough should begin to pull away from the sides of the bowl.  If after 5 minutes of kneading, it hasn't, add up to 1/2 cup more flour a little at a time.  The dough will still be a little sticky,  but should be smooth after the kneading.
5. Let rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes (the oven is a great location for rising!), or until the dough domes over the top of the loaf pans.
6.  Once the dough is close to the top, preheat the oven for 350 degrees.  (Even though you have let the dough rise in the oven, you need to remove it before preheating.)
7. Bake in a preheated oven for 25-30 minutes.  If you tap on the top of the bread, it should sound hollow.
8. Remove from pans immediately onto a cooling rack.
9.  Slice and enjoy!
